AP unapproved Invoice Review - Reviewer ability to change AP type

Give the reviewer the ability to change the AP type from (Job/Exp/PO/Equipment)   Currently reviewers must reject an invoice if they want to move an invoice from 'Expense' to 'PO'.  It would be great if the reviewer could correct the problem and not have to reject the unapproved item
