The bank account number of a vendor should not be printed on forms that are emailed. This is a huge security risk given the level of fraud that is out there.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I believe this should be top priority of Viewpoint to get this fixed.
When I first asked about this to support, they recommend a custom report. Viewpoint just wants to make money on custom reports instead of logical updates to existing reports.
This is insane that this has been around for 6 years and has not been implemented. Viewpoint - Get on it!
The levels of fraud have only increased since this was first suggested in 2018. This is an important protection that Vista is currently lacking.
This needs to come to fruition soon. Security of our vendors should be at the top of Viewpoint's to do list. Get it on the next release already.
Can't believe this has not been fixed yet. How are we to pay our vendors electronically if we cannot protect their bank account info?
