Add similiar function to AP Transaction for "remaining to distribute"

In AP when distributing expense on an invoice it would be beneficial to know what is left distribute.

​It would be nice to display somewhere "Amount Remaining to Distribute" so that if we are distributing a $1000 multiple different ways, we know exactly the amount we have left to distribute until we get to $0.
