Yes this is for salary employees. We want the time to be charged to jobs at their hourly rate regardless of how many hours they work. If we use fixed rates we can't use the liability templates.

Hi, I assume this is for employees with fixed wages. A way to accomplish this is to not have the hours over 40 be charged to jobs, just to the Payroll Department. Or, use fixed rates.
