If a future update can include a report that shows customer profitability across all modules (JC, SM, etc.) we would be able to easily see which customers are profitable across all lines of work instead of having to try and create reports on our own that match up Job Cost and Service Management tables by customer / date range

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
It's hard to believe this has not been addressed. Even QuickBooks has this option!
Yes please!!! We require this as well particularly where AR customer activity crosses PM and SM modules. Profit reporting needs to account for ALL revenue and costs including project invoices, adjustments, periodic billings, T&M and flat price.
