There are some reports that need to be generated on a monthly basis i.e. Purchase Orders by Job (by vendor.) If these reports could be saved to a report list it would save the user a lot of work having to setup that report every time. Also, The reports have a beginning vendor and ending vendor but sometimes I need to look at a random batch of vendors. If there was an ability to run a Purchase Order by Job (by vendor) and select multiple vendors that would be great. Here is a good case study:
The general contractor requires that we provide our current payables values for all vendors that have NTO'd the project. In this case we have 20 vendors on the site but on 10 have NTO'd the project. Currently, we have to run a report by job for each vendor one at a time to get the numbers we need. Ideally we would like to run a report one time that had those selected vendors.
