Ability to manage logged on users when applying patch update to server

Viewpoint recommends that all users are logged out of Vista before installing a service pack to the server, yet does not provide a way to make sure all of those users are logged out. They also said that if all users are not logged out before applying the patch update, the service pack stops all Vista services, so all connections are broken and any data being entered at that time would not be saved.

    They do have a method for this.  In Vista, Help, Support, Logged On Users.
