There is an IC report info tab in supplier. There is SSN number and last and first name there but it does not pull into Aatrix. This is a system limitation.
The values in the IC Report Info tab are not used by Vista for 1099s and are not passed onto Aatrix at this time.
In addition, Vista does not retain recipient information or have a way to denote when a TIN is not an FEIN. If you are using the proprietor field in AP Vendor Master -> Addl info tab, that value will appear in the company name field with a dba for the name of the vendor appearing the full name field. This allows values in Aatrix to mimic how 1099s appear in Vista
I discussed it internally with our Finance team and for now we can work around this, but I think they should address this function in a future update.
