Allow an option to directly link receivable types and JC departments. This would be useful when setting up a new job, such that the receivable type is automatically selected based on the selection of the JC department. This would ensure that the correct receivable type is selected. The use case is for when receivables are segrated based on department (e.g. region, line of business, etc.).
