Currently, Vista uses only one rate schedule from IRS Pub 15-T (2020). This rate schedule does not take into account if someone checks the box in Step 2 on 2020 Form W-4 (multiple jobs or spouse works). There is a separate rate schedule on the right-hand side of Page 6, IRS Pub 15-T (2020) to be used when someone checks the box. It would be advisable for Vista to add this rate schedule as employees will be expecting a higher withholding rate when they check the Step 2 box.
