While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This is a cumbersome way about it, but you can search all Service Items by SN if you use F5 on the Serviceable Items field of an open WO. Then go to the grid and use the filter bar on SN. For some reason all sites' items list when going through the WO.

Great idea. In the mean time, I've added instructions to create a custom lookup to my blog that would allow you to accomplish this.
