It is not uncommon to have a contract customer request a NEW effective date mid contract or nearing the end of the contract. It would ideal to be able to keep the SM Agreement and change the effective date at renewal to retain history. Currently we must cancel and rebook and that is a very labor intensive process. If this is NOT possible, there should be a way to copy all service related information from the old contract to a new contract such as: budget, labor resource allocation, equipment, tasks, an tasking schedule.
