SM Call Handler "Create New Site" checkbox is misleading. Remove it!

That CHECK BOX does NOT actually create a new site, it's up to putting a "+" in the SITE ID field, or adding a description.

The CHECK BOX is MISLEADING, and results in people getting confused because it DOES NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS.

Suggestion: Just remove it. If someone puts site info in the right boxes, then that info should get transferred onto the WO. If info is NOT entered into the boxes, then no site is created/attached to the WO.

Less confusion is good! :-)
