All of our SM Work Orders require Sites. However, due to an update a few months ago it is possible to make a Work Order without a site.
I understand that some companies would want that.
All of our Work Orders are for specific sites, and due to the confusion surrounding the 'Create new Site' and Site ID fields in the SM Call Handler, sometimes Work Orders get created and used without a site specified.
Recently I've added a CUSTOM TRIGGER on SMWorkOrders to enforce this company business choice, but I would rather this be an option within SM Company Parameters, so you can properly support it.
