All PM's should have access to every job their team is working on. We need to see production, materials, equipment and labor. If I'm are not the PM setting up the job, I can not see the job in VISTA.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I agree with you, but keep in mind that Vista's data security framework requires that when job data security is turned on, your company's security admin must assign you as a member of at least one security group with access to that job's data to be able to post and view it's information. This is controlled by your company's security practices - not something Viewpoint actively manages.
