When making changes, such as the creation of a new report, it would be helpful to contact every active User Profile. The information exists. Right now, Vista only allows emailing to logged in users.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
You can grab your user emails from VA User Profile, Grid View, Export Grid to Excel. Then copy/paste the email column into an email. I like to use BCC to cut down the cross chatter. I also created a simple crystal report on DDUP to allow other users to grab a list of emails. Good luck.
