Modify the standard purchasing reports to use the PM Firms instead of AP Vendors lookup.

The AP Vendor lookup (bVendor) for the PO Standard reports contains everyone who has received an expense check or worked as a consultant for the company. This is not necessarily information that a purchasing clerk needs be aware. A better lookup would be the PM Firms (bFirm) as it matches the lookup used to create a purchase order. To address this, the PO Standard reports should be modified to use the bFirm parameter datatype instead of the bVendor.
