We had a document that formatted incorrectly when it was originally scanned into DM, so 2 months later we corrected the document and attached it into the attachment lister and now it shows a date of 2 months later. The date needs to be the date of the document, when it was entered is not relevant when you are searching for documents for an AUDIT.
