Issues with how certain reports preview and Print with page sizing

Occasionally a user, who generally travels and uses multiple printers will have a problem with how reports preview and print. I then have to go in and delete the printer profile, sometimes select a 'fake' default printer, then preview and print and then go back and add the correct default printer to get the report to print correctly. This is happening more frequent because of working from home and is causing frustration with users
