we need more security within the tables/program. We are a government contractor required to comply with government contracting cyber security policies. Encrypting these fields would make the data more secure, for holding vendor and employee information

With data in the cloud, this is more important than ever. We have ZERO control over who accesses the data or its backups which are redundant and strewn across the globe.
