SL Worksheet – Job number needs entered too many times

When users go into SL Worksheet they enter their job number and then hit tab to see what they already have out there for that job. Then when they go to Initialize Worksheet they have to enter the job number in again. Is their anyway that the program can default the job number they have already entered into SL Worksheet into the SL Worksheet Initialization so they don't have to enter the job number again?
