I am testing Vista 2020. The new icons are difficult to see and therefore difficult to understand. I suggest adding back color to these. Just guessing, but it looks like you are changing these to match a future mobile app or a new grid. Either way, colors will really help distinguish between reports and forms, etc. You could also add 2 or 3 characters before the item name. Rp for reports, Fm for forms, etc.. The tiny, b&w icons are unhelpful as they are too small and too similar.

Absolutely agree with this suggestion! I like the modern look but the ability to distinguish between program vs. report is gone as the icons are too small. Changing the icon colors would be a huge help.
I agree. I don't mind it having a more modern look, but the lack of color has made it much more difficult for the users.
Getting used to the new icons. Not that big of a deal. I did prefer the way they were before.
This is the biggest complaint that I get from my user.
I agree with the comments requesting the old icons be used. The create and send icon looks like a computer monitor tipped backward, not an envelope. Monochromatic makes it much more difficult to see.
I like the idea Gary Gilman posted to make the ICONS even more distinguishable by adding FR for forms, RP for reports or something similar.

Please return some color. This monochromatic look is terrible. Even making the trash can red would help since you took the big red X away. Thank you.
Put the color back please! It is very difficult to operate. I keep hitting DELETE or NEW RECORD instead of SAVE.
Please consider putting the 'look' of the GUI back to the old way, add color to the menu bar at the top too.
The Icons are terrible, change them back
Please change these icons back to COLOR, they are EXTREMELY difficult to differentiate between each other and the designs are unclear as well. We should not be going backwards in time to black and white when color is such a viable code. It is hard on the eyes and takes way to much time hovering over an icon just to see what it is! I think this has been a MAJOR oversite by Viewpoint.
I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have "added a record" when I was trying to save one. Cannot understand why the color icons were eliminated
The lack of color makes it very difficult to distinguish between things you want to access. The save icon needs to be moved away from the delete icon. Many things are accidentally being deleted.
