Today, when we save an email with embedded logos and attachments out emails save (with the attachments) and then the attachments and embedded logos are listed as separate attachments. It would be nice if we could decide on each email email if the attachment should be separate or attached to the email (document).

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I would like it to go back to attaching as one -- being able to drag and drop the whole email and not have the logos/images attach separately and then having to delete them-- its clutters up the E-file.. if I need the PDF separately, then I would drag and drop it.
Sometimes we have emails with 24 logos and images that we drag over and then have to delete all of them which is a pain when we do it very often
In older versions of Vista we used to be able to drag and drop directly from Outlook. And attached emails and things with logos attached as one. Not sure why that changed but it would be nice if it were like that again.
I would just like to get the Outlook add-in to work with Vista. Dragging into VP doesn't work at all.
