Allow for an MS Price Template to be entered on the Inventory Location Master that will apply to all sales types

Currently the MS Price template field in IN Location Master is only used for Inventory tickets. Allowing for another field that would let the price template be set at the IN Locaton level would mean that each location would only need to be changed when the Price templates were updated instead of each customer/job.
