We have ongoing jobs that require a new work order be created each month per our mgmt. so that one WO is not open too long. With these WO's, I use the "Due:" dates under the Sequence - Currently, I keep a notebook with these written down to remind me when they are ready to be billed (techs dont keep track of when to close these WO's) - I would love it if there was a prompt that could flash (going by the end date) letting me know when these monthly WO's are ready to be billed) - so I can have less paper on my desk (the notebook)
