Currently a tax code will only default if it is setup on a material code or at the vendor level. Most of our service PO's are small and don't run through inventory materials. And we do not currently set a tax code on each vendor b/c it could be different based on store location and other factors. Our ask is that it defaults to the Tax Code setup on the Service Site and am fine if it is over-ridden "if" there is a tax code on either the vendor or material.
