AR Finance Charge Calculations Need to add columns to the tables for audit purposes - Unfortunately, Viewpoint Software does not have a way to see what was actually entered on the form.

Unfortunately, Viewpoint Software does not have a way to see what was actually entered on the form. When the Calculate Finance Charge within AR Finance Charge, it asks for 3 dates: Transaction Date, DueDate Cutoff & PaidDate Cutoff. If either the DueDate Cutoff or PaidDate Cutoff was after the actual due date of the invoices, then a finance charge would calculate.
