Please capture, in separate fields, the key fields of the specific table being changed. The key string has useful information, but it cannot be used without manipulation. The key fields in distinct columns would easily allow table joins, filtering, and would be more useful for reporting and research. The additional fields could just be Key1, Key2, Key3, Key4 and the data would change depending on the table being modified.
Examples:
bAPVM add Vendor, Company
bAPUI add Vendor, Company, Month, APRef
bAPTH add Vendor, Company, Month, Trans
The HQMA records are setup to find data changed on specific dates by specific people, however we normally know what has changed, but have no idea when or by whom and that is the purpose of running the report.
