The AP check header sorts by Transaction Sequence # instead of by Invoice #. This makes it more time consuming for auditors and reviewers. Our previous software sorted by Invoice #. There is a KB article on this - AP Check Print Sort by Reference Number that, due to reasons stated, changing the sorting is "not an option at this time." - This indicates to me that the writer understood the potential value to users.
