Add AP payment type for Electronic/Automatic Payments - Include auto numbering

Currently AP payments made electronically are assigned a manual check number during the AP Payment process. These numbers interfere with the paper check numbering system. We are also left searching for an unused number when recording payments that come out of our bank account automatically. The current process is inefficient and creates issues when printing paper checks.

  The EFT method would work, but you cannot select the prepaid box unless a check method is selected. It would help if we had the prepaid ability for EFT's.

  I avoid this by creating an EFT file instead of using a check number
