For any benefits coverage where the employer pays for the entire premium, that coverage should be shown in the HRM Employee Portal so the employee is aware of it but the display of the employer contribution should be disabled. The employee does not need to know the amount the employer is contributing in this case and it may end up causing additional confusion.
