Add an option to JC Phase Master to inactivate a specific phase code and provide an option to restrict F4 lookups to active phases only. This would allow changes within the organisation's operations or methodology to not cause massive lists when setting up future jobs. There is an option for this on the JC Job Phase to do this, but adding this to the JC Phase Master would provide additional control.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This would help eliminate people from pulling in phases that we have now phased out of our estimating and have to go back and fix it. To change only per job doesn't make sense when we should be able to set them to inactive in JC Phases so they can't even be pulled in to start with.
