The State of CA requires us to report new employees within 10 days of hire. We have added a "Recent Rehire" ud date due to union employees coming back to work (and non-union interns returning after college). The New Hire report does not include the rehire date, so this report is incorrect. Which means we have been sending an incorrect report since 2017. Can we add a rehire date box?
