Is it possible to make unavailable slots show up on a technicians tablet or phone, so I could write in a Job # & Phase code into the unavailable note detail. That way I can automate letting the technicians know what's going on for them on any particular day if they are not working on a normal everyday work order. We no longer are making job related work orders. It would be great to make any unavailable note right clickable and able to click notify from the schedule board so the communication chain is more automated.
