You need to have a true digital signature for all signed documents with a certification page on the end that shows Request: Date, Time Stamp, Requested by with email and IP address and Signed: Date, Time Stamp, Signed by with email and IP address along with a seal that the document is certified by Vista on its own last page of the document.
