Apparently you are unable to delete a reviewer that has ever approved an invoice as a reviewer. That makes sense if the related job/invoices are still in the system. But once all related jobs and invoices have been purged from Vista. We should be able to delete that reviewer. We have reviewers that haven't been with us for 10 years or more that cannot be deleted.
