Currently, we track our open AR invoices in Excel. It would be extremely useful if there were a program, vaguely similar to AR Credit Notes, were it would pull information of an Open Invoice (Customer, Job Number & Description, Invoice Date, Amount, Days Over Due, Partially Paid?, etc) with a comment section to keep track of the history of the invoice... all in one Grid.
AR Credit Notes only shows one customer at a time and the info on the invoice has to be entered, it doesn't pull from any other AR program.
