Report 349: OSHA 300 form (Column F)

Currently, Viewpoint has 3 individual fields that are intended for information that is required on Report 349 (OSHA 300 Form) Column F. However, Viewpoint currently populates this information from another field which requires duplicate information to be entered and allows room for discrepancies between the intended fields and the field that currently pulls into the OSHA 300. We received an OSHA violation due to the form not populating from the intended fields for the required data. Please refer to Viewpoint Case #31081729 for additional detail of our closed ticket. We would like to recommend that Report 349 Column F populates from the intended fields, noting that it is a regulatory requirement.
