The report is great for current balances of all CM accounts at a glance, but the report offers a parameter for looking at a balance at a specific date. However, the report doesn't actually read that parameter, so no matter what date you enter, the balances are always the current. It is sometimes very helpful to see a specific date at a glance, and I don't know why a parameter would be offered that isn't being used by the report.
