option for warning messages in payroll to have a check box for do not ask me again

we have inactive employees that have errors coming up. When we go to search a persons name in the grid we have multiple errors that pop up and we keep having to his close about 10 or more times. please see attached errors

  Please see attached errors we have been getting since the last upgrade. I understand errors popping up for active employees but not for the inactive. Please help
