To improve employee efficiency, it would be beneficial to add the ability to customize what comes through to the general ledger detail related to the SM module. For example, for AP transactions we can bring through vendor #, invoice #, and line item description but we cannot bring through the SM work order number. For work order billings we can bring through the customer and the invoice number but not the SM work order number. For inventory transactions, we can bring through the work order number but not the material number or material description. The ability to customize interfaces for all types of costs, billings, and revenue related to service management would save time tracking down the additional information needed.
