Change the due date on an AP credit memo to due on receipt automatically

This would allow credit memos to get pulled automatically when running the ap payment workfile and help companies conserve cash.

  This would allow companies to ensure they are taking their credit memos right away instead of letting them sit in accounts payable aging.
