While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Perhaps whatever system you are using to view/print the Work Orders could also view/print the SM Customer Notes or SM Service Site Notes? Seems like an easy REPORT tweak if printing, or SQL tweak if you are using an external program to pull the WOs.
this is a very important item that most other systems offer. I am sure its an easy thing to do. Imagine not having to send added emails on every maintenance for entry or specific data on the customer.
