Add PR Employee Active YN Status to HR Resource Benefits (HREB)

Referencing the active PR Employee Status in the HREB Table will allow us to more quickly audit Active Employee Benefits. Also, I really just want an easier way to delete employee benefits for termed employees. It makes for a clean data table, without having to link back to either PREH or HRRM to get their status.

  This would make benefits administration/audits significantly easier. This is a must have.
