Main Menu color customization has been removed in 2022 R2, bring it back.

After upgrading to 2022 R2 all of our users main menu color customizations have been changed without warning and can not be changed back.

I have been receiving non stop complaints of users thinking this is a bug and asking me to fix it. Especially when all the other windows kept their custom themes.

I cannot see any reason why this "feature" was added when it wasn't something that needed fixing.
