AP 1099 Processing should restrict AP users ability to view employee W2

AP 1099 Processing for Aatrix History is shared between users -- in case a user leaves the company. Aatrix History should be filtered by module. AP 1099 processing should only show AP forms and should not show Payroll History too. PR Aatrix Report Selection should only show PR forms and should not show AP History too. Currently, AP users are able to view employee W2s thru Aatrix History.

  This isn't a feature request, this is a data security bug.

  If granting access to the AP form in Vista also gave the same person access to see all payroll, we wouldn’t call it a feature fix . It would be classified as a very serious bug. I don't see how this is any different.

  We have a client running into the same exact challenge that Teresa mentioned above. Support provided many workarounds but requires a lot of manual maintenance of the Aatrix history folder
