Currently all of our users have access to the Logged on users form. This is helpful if all licenses are in use as the user trying to access Vista can see who currently has a license and can use the Email All or Email user functionality to ask if anyone can log off. However, users with access to the logged on user form are now able to click Release License, which effectively ends the session for another user (who, frankly, could be processing payroll). We need a way to restrict users from the ability to use the Release License function without having to deny them access to the Logged on User form (which does have it's uses as per above).
