Useful because this is the report we look at to see if enough money left on PO. Helpful to assure that the PO number belongs to the vendor invoice you are working on. Many times vendor is wrong on PO and we think PO is incorrect, when really the vendor is incorrect. a lot more steps to find correct vendor than necessary if this was on report.
