Add technician as search field on SM Monthly Profitability Report

We have franchises that want to see profitability of work orders based on what technician had labor on that work order. This search functionality is available on the SM Work Order Profitability Reports...but they aren't fiscal based. We'd like that criteria on the Monthly Profitability Report as well.
