Having the option to revise MS invoices to correct pricing, add POs, change job info would be much easier than having to void invoices and re-bill. Some of our customers send POs after they receive their invoices and we cannot currently add those POs to the invoice in Vista because it is not possible to revise invoices or tickets once they have been billed out.
If there is an issue/error with pricing or job info, we have to void, edit tickets and create a new invoice and make sure to note on the new invoice that is replacing a voided invoice.
Most of our customers would prefer a revised invoice vs voiding the current invoice and creating a new invoice number as that ends up being more work for them as well.

Yes, we need the ability to revise an invoice. When you void an re-bill, its just confusing to the customer. Most systems have this ability.
